These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you are legally entitled to expect from us when you book your 2024 Croatia Transformational Cruise Experience ("transformational experience") with us, in addition to important obligations you make as a valued guest and client that affect your legal rights.

The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to the Radnoti Research Institute, LLC (the "RRI").

The terms "you", “participant”, “guest", "passenger” and “client” refer to you as the end-user, our customer, visiting our web pages and other digital promotional material related to the transformational experience, engaging in communications with members of the RRI team, and/or booking a reservation with us for yourself and any additional guests to your party so that you can secure your place(s) on the private yacht we're chartering for our Croatia cruise with an optional Venice add-on (for an additional sum) as part of our 2024 Croatia Transformational Experience.

It remains your responsibility to understand and accept all the following terms and conditions:

1) General 

a) By booking this transformational experience with the RRI and any associated members of Team RAD, you hereby agree to adhere to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and any additional terms and conditions of our suppliers (eg. the Captain of the private yacht and his crew, our ground support team from Explore Moore Travel, etc) that are applicable to your booking arrangements. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, you must not make a booking with us.

b) By making a booking with us, you affirm that you are at least 21 (twenty one) years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this Agreement in accordance with all terms and conditions contained herein.

c) If you are making a booking on behalf of any other person (eg. your employer as his/her PA, or on behalf of your spouse) you hereby agree to inform that person(s) about these terms and conditions and this Agreement as they apply to the booking arrangement you are securing with the RRI.

d) You agree to be held liable and financially responsible for the booking you make with us. You herein acknowledge that you are responsible for all booking and additional travel arrangements as is required outside of the Croatia transformational cruise experience with us; and for the same if made for persons under your direction, control or guidance as guests to your party.

e) You hereby warrant that all information supplied by you (whether for yourself or on behalf of someone else), or by members of your household, is true, current, complete and accurate at the point of reservation.

f) You agree that any violation of any terms and conditions may result in (i) the cancelation of your reservation with us, (ii) your forfeiture of any monies paid to the RRI for your reservation, (iii) you being denied access to the applicable transformational experience in Croatia and/or Venice should you choose to experience the Venice add-on with us, and (iv) our right to debit your card account for any additional costs we may incur as a result of such violation.

g) You hereby acknowledge, accept and agree that we may change these terms and conditions from time to time and that those changes become effective immediately, the latest update of which is listed at the bottom of this Agreement. You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions that are in effect at the time of your travel or at the time of cancelation, if applicable.

h) You also hereby agree that it remains your responsibility to be familiar with these terms and conditions and to check back from time to time for any changes.

2) Release of Liability

You hereby release liability of all travel risks to the intended destinations as described in all promotional materials related to the Croatia Transformational Experience currently booked from June 26, 2024 to July 02, 2024. You also hereby release liability for your participation in any of the optional excursions and activities, including that of the Venice add-on should you wish to experience Venice after our Croatia cruise.

All guests related to your reservation for this transformational experience (eg. spouse, friend, child or other) herein confirm to release and save harmless:

a) Mr Robert P. Radnoti and the Radnoti Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as "RRI"), including all directors, members, employees, affiliates, brand partners and associates;

b) The Captain and all crew members of the yacht; and

b) Mr Matty Moore and all members of the Explore Moore Travel team

from any liability whatsoever, whether now or in the future, in relation to the travel arrangements as required to embark on the journey, any additional adventure activities or excursions, loss, damages, theft and/or injuries.

3) Flights & Other Travel Arrangements

You hereby accept and agree that you are responsible for sourcing, obtaining quotations for, and ultimately booking your flights to and from Croatia. You also hereby accept and agree that, should you wish to partake in the optional Venice add-on after the Croatia cruise, that you are responsible for sourcing, obtaining quotations for, and ultimately booking your return flight from Venice.

You confirm your understanding that the RRI is not a travel agency, nor do any of the RRI team members act as independent travel agents.

Should this be the first time you are traveling to Croatia and/or Venice, we recommend that you contact a renowned travel agency closest to you (eg. a Flight Center branch, Expedia) to complete your flight reservations, secure the appropriate travel and medical insurance for your travel dates, and make any other tour and/or luggage arrangements as desired. 

You hereby accept that the RRI is not responsible should an airline cancel, reschedule or delay a flight for any reason. If you miss your departure flight, it is your responsibility to work with the airline on which you are ticketed to reach your destination. The RRI is not responsible for any additional expenses you may incur prior to joining your transformational experience with us, nor will we provide any refund for portions of the transformational experience you may have missed due to canceled, rescheduled or delayed flights. Baggage and personal effects are at all times the sole responsibility of the participant.

4) Travel Insurance

You hereby confirm that you are solely responsible for obtaining quotes and securing the required travel insurance for yourself and any guests joining you based on your country of origin, and in accordance with any other stipulations or regulations as may be required from your place of residence related to your booking. You also hereby accept that you are responsible for securing any additional coverage as may be required or desired for the optional adventure activities such as swimming, kayaking, exploring towns on foot or bike, or hiking.

5) Visas 

You hereby confirm that you accept full responsibility for ensuring you obtain the necessary travel visas as are required for entry into or through foreign countries so that you can join us on this transformational experience. You understand that visa requirements differ depending on what citizenship and passport one is traveling with, which is why the onus is on you to secure the right visas for all countries traveled to or through in advance of your departure and return dates. 

6) Participation

For the benefit of everyone who joins our 2024 Croatia transformational experience, we reserve the right to accept or reject any participant and to remove any participant whose conduct is deemed incompatible with or disruptive to the best interests of the other participants. 

We will not refund nor cover any additional expenses you incur if we have to terminate your 2024 Croatia transformational experience due to your unacceptable behavior. When you book with us, you accept responsibility for any damage or loss caused by you. Full payment for any such damage or loss (reasonably estimated if not precisely known) must be paid direct at the time to our operations manager on tour, the accommodation owners or managers, or any other supplier.

You hereby indemnify the RRI and all members, brand partners, and associates related hereto for the full amount of any claim (including any legal costs) made against us at any time, whether now or in the future post-transformational experience. You also hereby agree that you will not hold the RRI or any of its related entities or team members liable for any actions taken under these terms and conditions.

7) Cancellation & Refund Terms

To best understand our cancelation policy and the refund terms for our 2024 Croatia Transformational Experience as it pertains to this Agreement, kindly note the following:

Pricing Tiers: 

Standard Rate: US$4,995 per person (single or double occupancy) valid to June 20, 2024.

Best Value Option ~ Pay In Full (PIF) Rate: Save $500 per person and pay only US$4,495 in full. This PIF Rate is valid to June 20, 2024.

Standard Rate with Venice: US$5,495 per person including the Croatia Cruise Experience as above, now including the additional Venice activities, excursions, and local transport for an additional two nights and three days. Valid to June 20, 2024.

Best for Budgeting ~ Reserve with only US$1,500 per person (single or double occupancy) to secure your cabin(s) for this transformational experience aboard a private yacht.

→ The Reservation Fee can be paid at any time up to June 15, 2024, with the full and final balance due by 16h00 Eastern time on June 25, 2024.

Refunds:

Regardless of the sum paid towards your booking to date, whether for one guest or more, the only amount refundable up to March 25, 2024 is US$500 per guest booking subject to RRI management discretion.

No refunds will be due for any guest booking regardless of cancelation reason(s) within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the planned departure date. Thus, you hereby confirm, understand, accept and agree that no refunds will be due to you for any reason whatsoever from May 25, 2024.

We trust that you appreciate the considerable administrative costs in communications, time, effort, energy, and love that all RRI team members pour into each guest booking across continents so we can provide an unforgettable transformational experience for everyone involved.

Additionally, we settle the full balance for the private yacht charter and all group activity costs in advance of our planned June 26, 2024, departure date no matter your cancelation reason(s).

For ease of reference, please note the 3-tiered refund policy sliding scale noted at the bottom of this section.

Bookings Made as Couples or Gifts:

a) Should your significant other/partner (eg. husband, wife, boyfriend or girlfriend) make a booking for both of you as a couple, but you break up or separate any time from May 25, 2024: no refunds will be considered for any reason whatsoever and you hereby accept and agree to this booking condition.

You herein also confirm that you hold yourself responsible for refunding your (now) ex-partner in your own time and via your own direct communications with one another whether or not you embark on this transformational experience. No member of the RRI team need be involved in your personal relationship challenges or communications for any reason.

b) Should you have purchased this transformational experience as a gift for a friend, family member, friend, or other loved one, and said recipient(s) of your gift change their minds and no longer wish to embark on this transformational experience any time from May 25, 2024: no refunds will be considered for any reason whatsoever and you hereby accept and agree to this booking condition. 

You herein also confirm that you hold yourself responsible for choosing what to do next with your fully confirmed and paid-for reservation with us for this transformational experience. No member of the RRI team need be involved in whether or not you choose to transfer or on-gift your existing, non-refundable RRI reservation to someone else.

Chargebacks, Disputes & Payment Security:

To the extent that you (or someone else on your behalf) provides us with credit or debit card information for the express purposes of securing a booking with the RRI for this transformational experience, you hereby authorize us to charge said card(s) for any unpaid booking fees as may be due to complete your reservation up to June 25, 2024 per the terms and conditions contained within this Agreement.

You hereby understand, accept and agree that no chargebacks or unchallengeable disputes will be actioned against the Radnoti Research Institute, LLC for this transformational experience. You also hereby understand, accept and agree that no chargebacks or unchallengeable disputes will be actioned against the RRI whether through your legal channels, via Stripe (our payment gateway), or direct through your bank, at any point in time whether now or in the future without the RRI's written consent and agreement thereto.

You also hereby understand, accept and confirm that any such chargeback or dispute action would be considered a direct violation of the terms and conditions of this Agreement to which you have digitally agreed, and for which legal action could be taken against you. 

You hereby understand, accept and agree that you are solely responsible for any fees associated with recouping payment on chargebacks or disputes of any nature, including any collection fees associated therewith.

Should you need to change your credit or debit card details to complete your payment obligations with us, you hereby agree to notify us of the new card, ACH, or wire details so that payment can be effected and a suitable payment arrangement confirmed in writing between both parties to this Agreement.
